New home near the MLK center and Auburn district in Atlanta. The floor plan is reversed with the main living floor on top to maximize views, the bedrooms are on the second level and the street level contains a three car garage and foyer. A dumbwaiter was installed to carry groceries, etc up to the third floor from the garage.
