Complete renovation of 1950s 2 bedroom 1 bath home into a modern 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home. The existing walls and foundation remained but the roof and exterior materials were completely reworked. Located in the Morningside neighborhood of Midtown Atlanta.

Loft Renovation in the heart of Atlanta’s Midtown shopping & entertainment district. The project involved combining a two bedroom unit with a small studio unit to create a 2000sf space. The use of glass walls & privacy drapery allows for open views throughout, increasing the visual size & volume. Featured on HGTV in 2009. Project completed as a Project Manager with Kemp Hall Studio.

Pair of condominium units near the Edgewood shopping district in Atlanta. The units are elevated one floor above the ground to maximize views towards the Atlanta skyline. The ground floor contains secured storage areas and parking enclosed by a green wall. Roof decks accessible by the main stair provide private and secure outdoor space and outstanding views.

New home near the MLK center and Auburn district in Atlanta. The floor plan is reversed with the main living floor on top to maximize views, the bedrooms are on the second level and the street level contains a three car garage and foyer. A dumbwaiter was installed to carry groceries, etc up to the third floor from the garage.
